A&P Aircraft Technicians

Minimum three years experience. Troubleshoots, inspects, repairs, modifies aircraft systems, sub-systems and components, i.e. power-plant, landing gear, flight controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, air conditioning and auxiliary power units; adjust/rig aircraft systems; knowledge of aircraft maintenance manuals, ATA codes, applicable FARs, and paperwork/logbook sign-off procedures.  Experience on one or more of the following aircraft types: B707, B727, B737, B757, B767, MD-80. A&P license is preferred. Performs other duties as required by company management.

Avionics Technicians

Minimum three years experience. Troubleshoots, repairs, modifies and calibrates aircraft electronic systems and components. Certifies integrated avionic systems and components at intermediate levels utilizing shop avionics support equipment and specialized precision measuring equipment. Analyzes malfunctions and calibrates and performs maintenance on avionics support equipment using calibration standards. Installs, aligns and wires electrical and electronic components such as sensors, radio communications, antennas and lights. Performs continuity checks and functional checkouts of complete aircraft systems. Routes wiring and determines the best location and method for installing and removing electronic equipment and systems. Fabricates wiring harnesses, solders connector plugs, strips and hand lugs wiring. A&P license is preferred. Performs other duties as required by company management.

Planners - Heavy Maintenance (MRO)
Minimum three years experience. Reviews the work scope packages and sets up of the production booth working boards by zones and skills for each aircraft as required. Analyzes aircraft requirements for applicable aircraft in order to ensure concurrent maintenance requirements can be planned, material requirements are identified, tooling is available and scheduled, and skill level requirements are available when planning scheduled and unscheduled work packages. Assigns and controls the flow and sequence of work on a specific aircraft undergoing maintenance. Coordinates with purchasing and the AOG buyer to ensure timely arrival of parts required to accomplish time-limited maintenance. Responsible for confirming maintenance documentation. Strong computer skills are a must. A&P license is preferred. Performs other duties as required by company management.

Quality Assurance Auditor

Minimum three years experience. Manages the Internal Evaluation Program and department auditors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develops a schedule of areas to be evaluated. Conducts evaluations in all areas pertaining to safety and regulatory compliance thru research, investigation, data collection, and verbal interviews with appropriate personnel. Collects data from evaluations and disseminates information to department heads for corrective actions. The QA auditor is responsible for evaluating Commercial Jet’s quality system requirements for compliance with FAA, customer and other regulatory requirements and evaluating the conformity of activities with respect to these requirements. Verifies the implementation of solutions and corrective action plans. Documents levels of compliance of these actions. A&P license is preferred. Performs other duties as required by company management.

Quality Assurance Inspectors

Minimum five years experience in heavy commercial aircraft maintenance or modification and a minimum of one (1) year QA Inspection experience. Must have demonstrated knowledge of aircraft systems, subsystems and component replacement, hydraulic component replacement, air conditioning component replacement, pneumatic component replacement, engine component replacement, basic hydraulic systems (operations), basic flight control systems, landing gear servicing, basic troubleshooting, tire/brake change procedures, galley installation, engine starter removal/install, cargo conversion, cockpit window/windshield replacement, entry door slide removal/replacement, brake rider/aircraft towing, powerplant removal/replacement assistant, main fuel control adjustment, engine trim procedures, knowledge of all aircraft manuals, ATA codes and related materials. Knowledge of all applicable FARs, SRMs, service bulletins, and work sign-off procedures. Must have A&P License. Must have general familiarization (40-hour) course on one or more of the following aircraft types: B707, B727, B737, B757, B767, MD-80, DC-10, MD-11. Performs other duties as required by company management.

Sheet Metal Technicians/Structures Technicians

Minimum three years experience. Performs aircraft repairs and modifications on large aircraft as it relates to the airframe. Repairs structural damage and various aircraft parts including frames, wings, entrance doors and interiors. Operates all shop equipment to facilitate effective production of all repairs and modifications. Interprets blueprints, sketches, drawings and aircraft manuals for the purpose of performing repairs and modifications. Coordinates inspection of all work in progress through completion with inspector to assure satisfaction of FAA standards. Assists in the removal, assembly and installation of parts before and after repair. Fabricates sheet metal from raw stock by cutting down, drilling and fastening to prepare for installation and assembly. A&P license is preferred. Performs other assigned duties as required by company management.
